Build Small Business Website

I require a website for my new security business. I am currently having a logo designed and i will provide the content and photographs, i have already purchased the domain name, i just need someone to put the site together and make it look sharp and professional. I'm on a tight budget so i'm hoping this isn't such a big job for someone and they can do it fairly quickly. I estimate the site to be about 15 pages in total - 1 home page listing the services we offer, a page for each individual service (about 10 services) an about us page, contact page with a contact submission form, and an ideas you may input to make the site better would be greatly appreciated. I may want to change the site from time to time and will happily pay the winning contractor for their time if i need to do this in future. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
