Project Brief For Redevelopment of Two Websites

We currently run two websites, which sell clubbing holidays to groups of young people in the 16 to 30yrs age group. The two current websites are www.ladsholiday.com and www.girlsholiday.co.uk.

The websites overall goal is to collect leads and input them into our CRM system for our sales team to convert into sales by email and telephone. The current website and its framework has served us well over the past 2 years, it is now time for us to freshen up the websites to make them look more appealing.

We have a graphic designer who will supply all the necessary image files and design artwork for the websites, the job you are bidding on is to build a framework for both the websites to run off. This will include:
• Advising on, selecting and the setting up of a hosting solution
• Slicing the Images provided into HTML
• Building the database for the site to run off
• Adding a suitable CMS solution to enable us to edit it.
• Populating the website with the supplied content
• Setting up of a solution to collect sales leads and sending them via HTTP Post to our CRM.
• Adding our Google Analytics
• Ensuring the new websites remains SEO friendly.

The layout/sections of our website will be the same for both websites, and they will run from the same database using different content and branding. We are particularly looking for a solution, which is scalable so we could add further websites in the future if the need arises.

The websites will consist of the following pages, much like the existing websites:

Homepage – This will include the following components:
-Search Box Style Enquiry Form
-Review Section – would need a solution implemented or customers to add reviews
-Social Media Widgets
-Featured Hotels

Offers Section

Build your Holiday Section
-A series of forms which collect the customer’s information, which is eventually added to our crm.

Destination Guides – each of which consists of:
-A Search Style Enquiry Form
-Hotel Reviews and Pictures
-Customer Reviews
-Photo Gallery

A Contact Us Section
-Enquiry Form
-Newsletter Signup
-Call Back Request Feature

Key considerations for us when awarding the project will be:
• A quick delivery of the project once you have received the artwork
• Someone willing to work alongside our graphic designer
• Available for ongoing support before, during and after the project
• Good availability to discuss the project via Skype, Email and Phone.
• Have a good command of English
