I am involved as a director/partner with three businesses.
Off piste skiing education
I am looking for someone to support me with a number of important administration tasks
Doing book keeping, invoices, VAT returns and expense tracking
Support in sending some marketing emails and direct mail to prospects
Possibly ( but not essential) updating websites using existing conent management systems
Helping me get organised in general
My first requirement is the bookkeeping, but if this can be extended to the other work that would be helpful. If I need to employ specialist for each discipline, then I am willing to consider that. however review of the profiles on this website suggests that some people combine a number of these skills.
My home office is in Teddington TW11 and main office is in Richmond TW9 2PR. So close to these would be helpful but may not be essential.
I envisage continuous flexible work based on needs 1 day a week but maybe more as it develops. It would be best if the hours were as needed rather than retsricted to one day a week. It is not a problem if certain days are impractical.
So what i need to know is your availability, your skills and experience and your rates. This could be a fee per month or an hourly rate.

Is this something that can be completed in evenings or weekends? Or do you need someone during office hours monday to friday? What accounting package are you using?

Yes I think the job can be done remotely. So please do not let the location be a restriction
