Auction Site

I run an auction business in the UK, for my business I wants a website for my clients, and customers, to be able to advertise products and services, and they would be able to put it through a live online auction with sound recognition, virtual character. It would have a pop up TV were products will be sold with sound system. It would feel like, to the client as that they are sitting in a real life auction,

Business will not get any revenue from the bidding process. This is just for the marketing of the company. The company will be getting their revenue when companies choose to register to the company and advertise their company. When the pop up TV is no longer doing live auction it will be have advertising for major companies.

It should be an automatic auction system so that of no staff will be required to conduct auction. There will be a fictional character that will represent an auctioneer of products for customers.
