Architectural Advice on Extra Balcony/Windows for a Home

I am after advice in respect of a 3 storey residential house on the edge of an estate near Ipswich in Suffolk. There are very little views from the rear side of the house from the 1st and 2nd floors (which would have nice views) and I wondered if someone could explain what the main options would be (and the likely approximate costs involved) to create additional viewpoints from the house (by way of say an extra window or balcony etc)? In particular, what is the most cost-effective way to create a way to enjoy the views from the rear of the house. The 2nd floor bedroom accomodation is within the roof and views of the rear only afforded via 2 skylights in the roof. There is one bedroom on the 1st floor which has one window to the rear (the other 2 rooms at the rear of the 1st floor are bathrooms).

I have attached a couple of photos of the upper part of the rear of the house. As you look at the rear of the house there is another house to the right (to the other side of the garage that you can see) but there aren't any houses to the left. I would assume any additonal balcony/window etc would be on the left side of the rear of the house as you look at it.
