Adwords for my website

I am looking for a professional and experience individual to handle the Adwords marketing for my website. We’re marketing a nutritional supplement for men.

This will include:

1. Set-up
2. Ongoing maintenance

For payment, I am looking at a one-time, set-up fee, follow by an ongoing maintenance. The budget I listed is for the set-up. I am also open to any fair suggestions.

If you have experience in the category of Men’s health and/or supplement industry, that will be a big plus.

Also I am looking for an individual specializing in Adwords. Not a SEM agency. Please list your experience with Adwords and the results you have achieved.
