As a freelance secretary with hourly rates I am very interested in this role. I have secretarial experience in many trades including surveying and architecture.
I look forward to hearing back from you but apologise that I only have intermittent internet access until Monday afternoon.

G. M. on 07/03/2010 12:58Dear Carol,
Thanks for your interest. I'm afraid what I'm looking for is more on the admin/secretarial side rather than the marketing/PR side.

E. J. on 08/03/2010 23:36I see that you require note/minute taking of meetings. Are these web conferences or would you need the person to be on-site in which case you will have to change the location category from remote to your geographical locatioon. If they are web conferences what software will be used?

G. M. on 09/03/2010 07:33Hello Eileen. They are web conferences, and we use Gotomeeting.
L. F. on 09/03/2010 13:29Hi Gerry
Thanks for the info and sorry for the delay in getting back to you - PPH seem to have had a technical problem which meant that the reply I tried to send you yesterday didn't get through.
I would really appreciate the chance to bid on this role and I hope you find my profile of interest.
Regards
Linda

Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
