1600 Personalized E-mails (Repetitive Office Admin Project)

We have 1600 customer e-mail addresses and names.
We would like to send each customer an e-mail that begins with "Dear (Customer Name)". The rest of the message will be identical.

This would be about a 10 hour project if you were able to send 160 of these e-mails per hour.

I would be glad to provide any further information you might need.

I need this project completed by the 28th October 2011.
