I have over 20 years of business operations support and management in various industries ranging from t-shirt screen printing, youth mentoring, healthcare, social services, and natural capital valuation. I have 10 solid years of high level non-profit management experience ranging from board documentation and meeting organization to creating and implementing workflows and policies. My technical skills are top notch and my most recent full time employment position provide me the opportunity to manage IT operations within a small organization for three years. I have experience creating and managing SharePoint team sites as well as supervising data transfer from one email provider to another.
Other specialties and proficients include fundraising, fund development, event management, travel budget management, travel coordination, document editing/designing, marketing, proposal and grant writing/prep/submission, and community outreach.
I'm an excellent trainer of individuals and total teams and am able to do so remotely using web based platforms such as GoToMeeting and Skype. Training and project management are two important passions of mine. I've drafted and edited manuals, scientific publications, data heavy reports, and have a eye for detail, especially when it comes to branding standards. I recognize what to revise or fix in order for the end result production to exceed expectations.

In just one year of freelance efforts, in addition to smaller projects, I've written and facilitated publishing of a press release, assisted in client revenue increase in the amount of $153,000, supported a client through the publishing of a book in her series and managed to secure rights (at an affordable rate) to a well known artist's lyrics in that effort, and managed the launch of 2 full scale business efforts for clients, increased social media account engagements by 100% or more, trained an executive in project management and creating a routine to reduce his daily chaos, and trained 11 others on fund development, funding mechanisms, and leveraging their skills and passion to create positions for themselves within the business world.
