Hi,
I’m Michelle and I’m passionate about helping your business succeed through more efficient admin. I've been doing this for 20 years and in that time I've had to build business systems, deal with databases, become the perfect virtual PA, and everything in between.
I started out in Retail and then trained in Property where I stayed for 17 years, but decided my talents would be better suited to curing office admin ills. I earned my spurs in the competitive world looking after a vast range of different individuals and business from very different backgrounds and who had very different administration needs.
I'm super-efficient, a very hard worker, most people say I am a “workaholic” working around the clock to ensure all my client’s needs are met, I am able to take anything thrown at me. I am able to remain calm under pressure, diplomatic and professional, I can handle tasks for you with a high degree of confidence that all communications will be dealt with quickly, respectfully and to the mutual satisfaction of your business and its customers. I like a challenge and problems are there to be solved. I can also see other ways/systems in which things could work better and more effectively within your company.
