In my former job I was a business writer in a communications company. I wrote short news articles and long feature pieces on a range of genres including:
B2B magazines, e-newsletters, blogs, websites, internal communications and press releases. I developed strong professional writing skills, including copywriting, editing, copyediting and proofreading. Also developed strong research skills, using online resources to find the information I need. I am familiar with writing for SEO, using content management systems and basic html coding. I also delivered presentations and wrote client pitches to win new business for the company.
