I am a CRM consultant with TOGAF Architecture Certification. I have full project lifecycle management, implementation and support experience. My main focus of late has been with MS Dynamics CRM systems. I am comfortable working on enterprise level systems on integration, migration, customisation and support. I also have relevant CRM training and hands on work experience of 4 projects.
