About Me
Susan Singleton's law firm provides a wide range of business related legal services including drafting of contracts, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase of business contracts, distribution and agency agreements, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, intellectual property licensing agreements as well as advice on commercial law, litigationdispute resolution, competition (anti-trust law), IP - copyright, patents, designs, trade marks, internet and ecommercedata protection law.
Also I speak at 4050 events in the UK and abroad on public and in-house courses each year and am author of 30 law books. Until 2010 I sat on the board of the Direct Marketing Commission and undertake non-executive corporate roles.

Practised as solicitor first at Slaughter and May (the UK's preminent City law firm), then Bristows and since 1994 my own firm.
Experience ranges from major litigation to advising some of Britains' leading plcs in my areas of commercial law and advice to small businesses.
I have written 30 law books.
I give 40 - 50 legal talks a year in the UK and abroad on topics such as a day's training on contract law, intellectual property, data protection law etc..
