We would NOT recommend Bernard. This is because, In our opinion, Bernard did not communicate effectively. Reasons include, not keeping us informed with costs and work undertaken which ultimately ended up being more than double the escrow amount; and inferring to that Bernard did not inform us that his time being spent on the job was going to go over the escrow amount, and only when an invoice, to the value of more than double the escrow amount, was issued, were we aware of the cost. Furthermore, Bernard confirmed that he had “vast knowledge” on the information on the job we provided and therefore we were confident that he had profound experience in dealing with property law cases and the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. However in surmise of the work conducted, Bernard charged "several hours" for research. We can only postulate that Bernard did not have “vast knowledge”, as you would not need to research into the area you are proficient in. On a further note, when receiving the work undertaken by Bernard, there were a significant number of grammatical errors which had to be readdressed by ourselves; work which we believe should not had been done considering we hired a professional.

I have worked in the legal profession in England for approximately 30 years.I have had responsibility for advising Clients on the entire spectrum of both civil and commercial disputes.I have set up my own business to provide advice and guidance at a cost effective rate to businesses or individuals seeking to recover outstanding debts.
Education
I have studied law and have some 30 years experience specialising exclusively in the field of litigation.Have also attended courses on both employment and civil litigation.
