Freelance Jobs
Looking for freelance jobs and project work? PeoplePerHour has you covered.
Shopify CSV product data specialist
This is not a Shopify development project. It is a focused product-data audit and correction job. I already have the Shopify product export and official supplier CSV feeds. The work is primarily comparing the datasets, correctly mapping the specification fields and safely applying the required corrections. An experienced Shopify/CSV/SyncX specialist should be able to complete this efficiently. I am not looking for someone to spend days developing a custom solution. However, accuracy is critical. I have previously had a freelancer incorrectly upload product specifications, so I require a 10-product test and my approval before any bulk changes are made. I need an experienced Shopify product-data specialist to audit and correct the technical specifications of approximately 500 products on my Shopify lighting store. I have official supplier CSV product feeds from three suppliers: • Endon Lighting • Elstead Lighting • Impex Lighting The supplier CSV files contain the correct product information and will be used as the source of truth. The main objective is to compare the supplier data against my existing Shopify product data and identify any incorrect or missing specifications, then safely correct the Shopify products. Products should be matched primarily using the Variant SKU. Specifications to check include dimensions, height, width, projection, diameter, weight, finish, colour, material, bulb holder, bulb type, number of lamps, maximum wattage, voltage, IP rating, class, dimmable, LED information, lumens, colour temperature, energy rating and any other relevant technical specifications contained in the supplier feeds. SyncX: Stock Sync is the preferred method for carrying out the updates. However, if you believe a direct CSV comparison using AI/ChatGPT/Claude and a corrected Shopify CSV would be safer and more efficient, please explain your proposed method before making any changes. IMPORTANT: I previously had a freelancer upload incorrect product specifications across my store, so accuracy and controlled testing are extremely important. NO bulk changes are to be made initially. The project must start with: A complete Shopify backup. A test using approximately 10 products. A before/after comparison showing the existing Shopify value, supplier value and proposed correction. My approval of the test before proceeding with the remaining products. The three suppliers should then be processed separately: Endon, Elstead and Impex. DO NOT change or overwrite my SEO-optimised product descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, collections, handles or images. Only the agreed technical specification fields should be changed. If a product cannot be confidently matched to the supplier SKU, it must be flagged for manual review rather than guessed. I expect the successful freelancer to provide: • Completed specification audit • Corrected product data • Excel report showing all discrepancies and corrections • Documented field mappings • SyncX configuration, if used • List of products requiring manual review • Confirmation that no unauthorised fields were changed I am looking for someone with genuine Shopify CSV/data-mapping experience, Shopify metafield experience and preferably previous SyncX: Stock Sync experience. Please tell me: Have you used SyncX: Stock Sync before? Give me a specific example. How would you compare 500 Shopify products against three supplier CSV feeds? How would you ensure that descriptions and SEO fields are not overwritten? How would you test the first 10 products before doing the full catalogue? Would you use SyncX, direct CSV/AI comparison, or both? Why? What is your fixed price and estimated completion time? I am happy for you to use ChatGPT, Claude or other AI/data tools to make the comparison faster, provided that the supplier CSV is treated as the source of truth and all proposed changes can be demonstrated before being applied. Accuracy is more important than speed. I will not authorise a full catalogue update until the initial test has been checked and approved.

**Pipedrive Automation and Workflow Specialist Required** We are looking for an experienced Pipedrive specialist who can design, build and maintain automations that improve lead management, data quality, sales reporting and workflow efficiency. This will begin with one specific project but could develop into ongoing work across our Pipedrive account. **Initial project** Website form submissions currently enter the Pipedrive Leads Inbox. We want each lead assigned automatically to the salesperson who owns the visitor’s organisation. Pipedrive does not automatically identify an existing organisation from the visitor’s email domain, so the required workflow will need to: * Detect a new website lead. * Extract the domain from the visitor’s email address. * Find the corresponding existing organisation in Pipedrive. * Link the person and lead to the correct organisation. * Assign the lead to that organisation’s owner. * Send unmatched, personal-email or ambiguous leads to a fallback owner. * Avoid creating duplicate people or organisations. * Record enough information for us to understand how each lead was processed. This will probably require Make.com, Zapier or a lightweight integration using the Pipedrive API. We are open to the best recommendation. **Wider scope** We also want support with other Pipedrive workflows, including: * Lead routing and ownership. * Web-form processing. * Duplicate prevention and data cleansing. * Automatic activity creation. * Follow-up reminders and overdue-deal controls. * Deal and pipeline management. * Notifications to account owners. * Sales reporting and scheduled summaries. * Integration with other systems, including Aircall, Outlook and NetSuite where appropriate. * Reviewing existing automations and identifying conflicts or gaps. **Required experience** Applicants must have proven experience with: * Pipedrive administration and automation. * Pipedrive Leads Inbox, organisations, people, deals and activities. * Pipedrive API and webhooks. * Make.com and/or Zapier. * Email-domain matching and CRM record association. * Duplicate prevention and exception handling. * Secure handling of API credentials. * Testing and documenting business-critical workflows. Experience working with B2B sales teams and account-based ownership structures would be particularly useful. **Expected deliverables for the first project** * Review our current web-form and lead-assignment setup. * Recommend the most reliable solution. * Build and configure the workflow. * Test successful matches, unmatched domains, personal email addresses and duplicate records. * Provide clear documentation explaining how it works. * Provide an error log or monitoring process. * Conduct a handover call. * Advise on ongoing support and maintenance. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to basic Pipedrive setup. We need someone capable of designing dependable workflows across Pipedrive and connected applications. **When applying, please answer:** 1. Have you built a similar Pipedrive lead-routing workflow? 2. How would you match an email domain to an existing organisation? 3. Would you recommend Make.com, Zapier or a custom API solution, and why? 4. How would you handle Gmail, Outlook and other personal email domains? 5. How would you prevent duplicate people and organisations? 6. How would failures and unmatched leads be monitored? 7. Please provide examples of comparable Pipedrive automation work. 8. What is your hourly rate and availability? This is initially a defined project, but we are looking for someone who could become our ongoing Pipedrive automation and workflow specialist.

Project Overview: I need a highly skilled network engineer to resolve complex routing, VPN, and VoIP infrastructure issues. Generic or AI-generated answers will not be accepted. Current Environment: KSA Site: Cudy P2 5G (behind CGNAT) -> DrayTek Vigor 2915. Egypt Site: Yeastar S20 PBX (Fiber). VPS: Contabo (Germany) running Docker, Caddy, WireGuard. Site-to-Site is working. Required Subnets: 192.168.10.0/24, 192.168.2.0/24, 192.168.100.0/24, 192.168.50.0/24. Strict Requirements: Must provide a mandatory 7-day stability guarantee before final milestone release. Access will be provided via AnyDesk / UltraViewer ONLY. To apply, you MUST answer these 4 specific questions directly in your proposal: 1. Port 443 Conflict & Device Access: The previous developer mapped VPS port 443 (via Caddy) directly to the DrayTek Web GUI, which breaks DrayTek's Smart VPN. How exactly will you resolve this using Caddy so that the VPN functions properly, Yeastar Linkus can still register via the DDNS hostname, AND we have stable Web GUI access to the Cudy P2, DrayTek, and Yeastar PBX both internally and externally? 2. Smart VPN Automation (Split-Tunneling): I want to leave the VPN (IPsec/IKEv2) ON 24/7 on my phone. How will you configure the DrayTek routing so that when I enter the KSA office and connect to the local Wi-Fi, local KSA traffic automatically takes priority without routing conflicts? 3. Linkus Auto-Switch: How will you configure the Yeastar S20 SIP/Network settings so the Linkus app automatically uses the Local PBX IP on the office Wi-Fi, and seamlessly switches to the DDNS endpoint on 5G outside, entirely bypassing the VPN? 4. 5G CGNAT & VoIP Stability: To prevent audio drops, VoIP packet fragmentation, and UDP session timeouts over the 5G WireGuard tunnel, what specific WireGuard parameters (e.g., MTU, MSS clamping, Keepalive) will you apply?

6 hours ago20 proposalsRemoteCan sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model
I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1. Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2. Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 200 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also, someone who has a great understanding on how things work and when things won't work. Please quote for an hourly rate, as I would like to find someone I can meet on a regular basis for various product ideas, not just x1. Also, before any work commences I would ask you to sign a simple NDA for idea protection. Thank you. **Important note: Important clarification about CAD and digital work: I am not preventing anyone from using CAD, digital modelling, computer renders or any other tools they feel are useful in producing the physical model. Use whatever methods you need or want to use behind the scenes. However, I do not want excessive time spent perfecting polished digital renders, and I do not want to be charged for hours of digital work that I have expressly said I do not require. Any digital work should be kept to the minimum in what is genuinely needed to create the physical prototype accurately. The work I am commissioning and paying for is the physical rough prototype, not a beautiful computer render. Also as I said I am not looking for perfection I am looking for a rough physical model that won't win any awards on beauty.
14 hours ago6 proposalsRemoteNigeria’s Proposed Foreign Aid Bill: NGO Independence
The article should argue against the proposed Foreign Aid Bill, acknowledging the need for transparency and accountability while arguing that the bill risks giving government excessive influence over NGOs receiving charitable funding from abroad. Some consequences could include limited NGO independence, donor reluctance and reduced charitable support for vulnerable Nigerians. Central Question Frame the issue around one central question When a legitimate Nigerian charity receives money from a legitimate foreign donor, how much power should the government have over that money and the organisation receiving it? Establish what the bill actually does, then examine whether it could give government influence over NGOs’ funding, activities and survival. Key Questions & Areas to Research 1. What the Bill Does Explain where the bill currently stands, who it applies to, the registration and reporting rules, the powers it gives the government to monitor organisations, the penalties involved, and any rules that could affect foreign-funded projects. 2. Government Influence and NGO Independence Examine the rules requiring foreign-funded projects to support Nigeria’s development goals and priorities. Ask: ● ● ● ● What happens if an NGO’s priorities differ from the government’s? Would those organisations still have complete freedom to use legitimately donated funds for their stated purposes? Or could “alignment with national priorities” allow the government to decide which activities are acceptable? Can an organisation genuinely hold the government accountable if the government has significant power over the foreign money that keeps the organisation operating? 3. Impact on Smaller NGOs Research how additional procedures and requirements could affect smaller organisations that lack the resources of large international NGOs. Establish what higher costs could mean; ● ● ● Fewer organisations? Fewer foreign donors? Less assistance reaching vulnerable Nigerians? 4. Impact on Foreign Donors Examine whether increased government scrutiny, penalties and restrictions could discourage foreign donors from funding Nigerian NGOs. Ask: ● Could greater government control make it harder for charities to receive international funding? 5. International Example: India Use India’s Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) as a comparison. Examine its restrictions on foreign funded NGOs, government powers, effects on organisations and relevant legal challenges. Ask: ● What can happen when governments gain broad regulatory powers over foreign-funded NGOs? 6. Nigeria’s Previous Attempts Research Nigeria’s earlier NGO regulation proposals, particularly those from 2016, 2017 and 2020. Explain why they faced opposition or stalled and whether the current bill addresses those concerns. Ask: ● Why has this issue repeatedly returned and what is different this time? 7. Who Gets to Decide? Return to the hypothetical legitimate charity and ask: ● What additional authority should the government have over it simply because the money came from abroad? The article should distinguish between financial transparency and government control over an organisation’s priorities, operations or ability to receive funding. Conclusion: Transparency Without Control End by acknowledging that foreign funded charities should be accountable, while arguing that accountability must not become a pathway to government control. The article should ultimately call for the bill to be rejected or substantially amended to protect NGO independence. The central closing question should be: ● The question is not whether foreign funded charities should be accountable. They should. The question is whether accountability becomes a gateway to government control. Emphasize that the safeguards established now matter because once broad regulatory powers exist they can be difficult to reverse Deadline : 5 days Word count: Aim for approximately 2000 words

Website Designer & Developer — The E-Maginarium Design Studio Project: Design and build a new website at www.theemaginarium.com Type: Fixed-price project Budget: 100 USD Timeline: September 15th About us The E-Maginarium is a branding and design studio. We do two things: Brand direction: we conceptualise brand strategy and identity for companies and for events, then guide the client through to completion. Design: logos and graphics for companies, events, and personal brands. We are a creative studio, so the site itself is a portfolio piece. It has to look like we made it. What we need A complete website: design and build, mobile-first, ready to launch on our domain. We are looking for a designer-developer (or a designer who works with a developer) who can take this from concept to live site. Design direction In four words: minimalist, whimsical, vibrant, modern. We want lots of white space and clean, confident typography — but the site should feel soft, imaginative, and alive, not corporate or sterile. Think watercolour, movement, air. Our letterhead (attached) shows the visual language: a wash of blossoms drifting across an open white field, with a sage-green butterfly. What we like: - Generous white space, uncluttered layouts - Watercolour and organic shapes used as accents, not wallpaper - Subtle motion — soft fades, gentle parallax, elements that drift into view - Elegant, high-contrast type sitting on light backgrounds - Colour used in bursts, so it feels vibrant against all that white What we don't want: - Heavy template look, boxy grids, stock-photo energy - Cluttered pages or busy backgrounds behind text - Anything cold, corporate, or grey Colour palette: approximate values taken from our letterhead. | Role | Colour | Approx. hex | | Base | White | `#FFFFFF` | | Text | Charcoal / near-black | `#1C1C1C` | | Primary | Blush pink | `#F5CBD5` | | Accent | Rose / coral pink | `#E4738A` | | Secondary | Sage green | `#A9C6A2` | | Wash | Soft mint | `#DDECD9` | | Accent detail | Lavender | `#C3B0D8` | Logo: supplied in vector. The wordmark is set in wide-tracked capitals with a script "the" and a fine circular mark. The typography on the site should sit comfortably alongside it — please propose type pairings rather than simply reusing the logo font throughout. Pages 1. Home: who we are, what we do, a strong visual entry point, selected work, clear call to enquire 2. About / The Studio: our story, our approach, the team 3. Services: four areas, each with its own section or page: - Event branding - Company / corporate branding - Logo and graphic design - Personal branding 4. Our Process: how we take a client from concept to completion 5. Portfolio: filterable gallery of projects, plus an individual case-study template we can reuse (hero image, brief, approach, gallery, result) 6. Contact: enquiry form, WhatsApp click-to-chat, email, social links Sitemap suggestions are welcome. If you think the structure should be different, tell us why. Technical requirements Platform: open to Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, or custom — propose what you recommend and why. Non-negotiable: we must be able to add and edit case studies ourselves without a developer. - Fully responsive, designed mobile-first (most of our traffic is on phones) - Fast loading — optimised images, works well on slower Nigerian mobile networks - Contact form routing to our email, with spam protection - Instagram feed integration - Basic on-page SEO: meta titles and descriptions, alt text, sitemap, clean URLs - Google Analytics installed - Custom 404 page and favicon - SSL and domain connection to theemaginarium.com (domain already registered) - Cross-browser tested (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) Deliverables - Design concepts for the homepage before full build begins (we'd like to see 2 directions) - Full page designs for desktop and mobile - Editable source design files (Figma preferred) - Fully built, tested, live site - CMS set up with our first 3–5 case studies loaded - A short handover walkthrough or video showing us how to update the site - 30 days of post-launch bug fixes We own all files, designs, and access credentials on final payment. What we'll provide Logo files in vector, brand colours, existing photography and project imagery, all written copy, and access to the domain. If you offer copywriting or image sourcing as an add-on, quote it separately. How to apply Please include: 1. Links to 3 live websites you've built: not mockups. We want to click through them. At least one should be for a creative, design, or lifestyle brand. 2. Which platform you'd recommend for us, and why. 3. Your timeline from kickoff to launch. 4. A fixed quote, broken into milestones, stating how many rounds of revisions are included. Applications without live portfolio links won't be reviewed. Please don't send generic proposals — tell us something specific about our brand.

I’m looking for a talented editor to create a 75–90 second autobiographical Instagram Reel. The concept and script are already complete. I will provide the voiceover, personal photographs/video and any archive material I already have. I need the editor to source the remaining visuals — appropriate stock footage, historical/archive material, newspaper imagery, textures and graphics — and bring everything together into the finished Reel. The story begins in Scotland in 1993 and moves through some fairly dark life experiences before ultimately becoming a positive story about resilience, family and looking forward. The style needs to be dark, gritty, cinematic and authentic — almost short-documentary in feel. It will combine: - Voiceover and music - Black screens with distressed/typewriter-style text - Real photographs and personal archive material - Carefully selected stock footage where necessary - A short, deliberately homemade-looking “time machine” sequence - Subtle sound design and motion graphics I do not want a typical flashy social-media edit, generic motivational-video styling, constant animated captions or unnecessary transitions. Restraint and emotional pacing are important. I’m looking for somebody who can interpret the script and tell the story visually, rather than requiring me to supply an individual clip for every line. Please send me one example of previous work that you think best demonstrates your ability to produce this kind of cinematic/documentary storytelling. Please also confirm that your quote includes sourcing the required visual material. The finished film will be formatted vertically for Instagram Reels (9:16).
