Job Description

I own a small business and am at present having a new database & website built for it. When this is finished I will be uploading forms and contracts onto the site for members to print off.

There are just two contracts that I would like help with to start with, is a business plan template specific to my industry (pet sitting) so you would need to find business plan templates on the internet and then adjust it to suit my industry.

The other one is an employment contract (which I already have but want this to be re-designed) for self employed helpers.

If this works out I need someone who can help me with all aspects of forms, contracts & text to be uploaded onto the site, I will provide this but it should be laid out in a professional and easy to understand manner.

There is no time frame for it, I wasn't planning on doing this right now and have decided to do it as a spur of the moment thing so I can fit in with any time frame for the right person.
I have already paid two people to proof read the course for me so I want to make sure I get it right this time.

Hi Marilyn,

I have plenty of experience in writing and formatting forms, business plans, web content etc. I would like to place a bid on this project, but will first need to know approximately how many word you require for each component.

Do you need a long business plan template with fields built in for including extensive financial information, historical data and future projections, for example? Or are you looking for a concise business plan template that will simply ensure no vital information is overlooked?

If you're not sure how many words you require, perhaps you could give an estimate of the desired length in pages instead.

I am not sure about how many words, I don't need fields built in for online entry for the business plan, I think a word document will be fine that the members can open and look at or print off, I guess they could fill in the opened document but only to click on print at the end.
It does not and should not be long and extensive, I think a simple business plan that would apply to all pet sitters (dog walkers, home boarding, pop in service, cat sitting, etc) that they could fill in and give them a realistic idea of how many animals they would need to pet sit to bring in the income they need. So it should have spaces for start up costs, outgoing expenses, marketing & advertising, helpers, etc.
Actually maybe this would be better with fields that they could save and update online and where say excel could calculate the annul income expected - I hadn't thought of that.

This stands for On-Target-Earnings and it indicates the amount the Freelancer can expect to earn if they meet the set targets. OTE is calculated as follows

Base Fee for the same time period: this is the fee Freelancer will get paid regardless of results e.g. £10 per hour for 50 hours a month = £500
+
Results Fee: targets x result fee (e.g. £5000 monthly sales x 50% commission = £2500 per month)

Total OTE =  £500 + £2500 = £3000/month

Please note that for the purpose of this calculation the following is used: 1 day = 8 hours, 1 week = 5 days and 1 month = 20 working days
