Project Description
We require assistance on setting up WAN configuration on Microsoft Server 2003 R2. Technologies include SQL 2005, Exchange 2007, Dynamics CRM, Sharepoint 4.0. We have IT person who requires additional support to bring together packages.
Role would be in support of this person to provide additional in-depth support, trouble shooting and advice in first instance to setup system.
If this proved successful, role could become on-call support type role paid per hour.
Contact would be via telephone support.
Fixed price is required to establish working network system consisting of 2 user accounts, exchange setup, CRM configuration, Sharepoint installed and setup, trouble shooting along the way. Those confident in their skills should allow sufficient time to lend occasional support to IT literate person who hasn't configured this kind of setup before.

| Hi Emmanuel, the spec for the hardware is as follows: Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition Service Pack 2 Dual-Core AMD Opteron 1218 HE 2.61 Ghz, 3.98 GB RAM. The server is remotley hosted, I don't know the physical location but we have full root access. Our guy will have software keys and will upload software bundles for installation to server. He needs assistance configuring software and trouble shooting along the way. Thanks |

| Hi Alistair, I would like on this project with you, but I want to assume that the Hardware for the configuration is in place, i.e Exchange 2007 will not work on intel 32 bits Hardware. Also, you mentioned that the wrk would be done over the phone, I don't think the intial configuration can be done on phone, the engineer has to be there to enable all the corrects ports for remote networking through your firewall. If I know your location, I can come and do the intial configuration for you and then we can take it up going forward with phone/remote support. I look forward to reading from you. regards |
