Part-time social media & creator manager for UK collectibles app
Quidio is a UK selling app for people who keep selling collectibles, vintage and antiques: coin dealers, card sellers, antiques traders. Most of what they sell is a one-off or a few of each, so building a proper product page for every piece takes more time than it earns. With Quidio, a seller photographs an item, our AI writes the listing, and they have a shop page and a buy link in under 30 seconds. Buyers check out through Stripe with no account. Coins are where we started. Our social accounts are set up on every major platform and are almost empty. We want one person to own Quidio's social media and creator partnerships: make the content, post it, run the campaigns, look after the creators who promote us, and talk to the people who reply. What you'll do - Make short vertical videos showing the product working on real items - Make posts, carousels and stories for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook first - Plan the monthly content calendar and post it yourself - Plan, set up and run paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok within an agreed budget, make the creatives, and decide what to stop or scale - Find and manage a creator ambassador for each collecting category, starting with coins, then Pokémon and other trading cards: agree terms within a set budget, brief them, track their referral codes and keep them active - Plan which UK collector fairs our ambassadors attend, and give them what they need there: print pieces, a demo script and referral codes - If we build a buyer-facing shop front, help us test it: plan and run the campaigns that send buyers to it, and report whether they pay back - Reply to comments and DMs, passing account, order and payment questions to our support inbox - Make print pieces for distribution to sellers for their packaging and events - Report monthly on what worked and what you'd change You'll probably have - 2+ years running social media for brands, including campaigns you planned end to end - Paid campaigns you ran yourself in Meta or TikTok Ads Manager, with a cost per result you can show - Creator or influencer partnerships you set up and managed yourself - Daily use of AI tools to make video, images and copy at volume, and the taste to tell polished from generic - Clear UK English and respect for community rules - Nice to have: an interest in coins, cards or collecting; e-commerce campaigns aimed at buyers, such as Meta catalogue ads or Google Shopping How we work - UK-based freelancers only - About 10 to 12 days a month. Spread them as suits you, as long as comments and DMs get a reply within one working day - Initial 3 months, then ongoing - You work from our brand guidelines and a copy bank of approved claims - We agree the monthly calendar up front. After month one, posts inside it go out without per-post sign-off - Shortlisted candidates do a paid one-day trial: a week of posts plus replies to five sample comments - All content and source files belong to Quidio once paid. Short NDA before product access Please answer the questions below with your proposal, and include links to short-form video you made yourself.

Part-time growth marketer: help businesses sell to AI agents
AI agents are starting to become customers. They look up data, run checks and buy services on someone's behalf, paying per use, instantly, with no account or sales call. PowaHub is where businesses meet that demand. We're looking for a hands-on growth marketer, part-time, to bring businesses with data, APIs and digital services onto PowaHub across the US, UK and Europe, focusing on the US, and to show the people behind the agents what their AI can do once it has superpowers. About us. We run two connected platforms. PowaHub is a marketplace where businesses sell their data, APIs and digital services to AI agents: it's free to list, they set their own price and they get paid every time an agent uses them. PowaAgent is how people's AI assistants buy: it plugs into Claude, ChatGPT and Grok and gives their AI new abilities on demand, paid per use within limits the owner sets, with more on the way, such as your AI making phone calls for you. You'll grow both sides, with the focus on PowaHub. This is a ground-floor role in one of the fastest-moving areas in tech: AI agents that buy and act, not just chat. You'll be our first marketer, working directly with the founders, with no team and no playbook: you'll find what works and own the results. The role grows, with the option to go permanent, as the platforms grow. Time and availability. 2 to 3 days a week, flexible, starting immediately; please only apply if you can start now. Some afternoons overlapping US Eastern time. Replies to messages within one working day. What you'll do • Grow PowaHub across the US, UK and Europe, focusing on the US: find businesses with data, APIs and digital services, show them how to earn from AI agents, and turn sign-ups into live listings that get used • Reach providers where they gather: developer, API and data communities, marketplaces, newsletters and events • Make the content that convinces them and that buyers and their AI assistants find: case studies, guides, use-case pages, blog posts and comparisons • Make it yourself, with AI tools: short demo videos, posts, carousels and images, mainly for LinkedIn, X and YouTube, plus Instagram and TikTok where they work • Plan a monthly content calendar across both platforms and keep our social channels active, replying to comments and messages • Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Google within a set budget, mainly targeting the US • Grow PowaAgent: show entrepreneurs and businesses what their AI can do, and recruit early users for each launch, with the founders • Win builders: demos, examples and directory listings that make PowaAgent easy to add to agents and workflows (MCP, n8n, Make) • Fix where providers and users drop off between sign-up and repeat paid use, with the founders • Set up tracking and report monthly on results, spend and where to move effort next You'll probably have • 2 to 5 years of hands-on growth, social media or content marketing, ideally for a B2B, marketplace, developer or software product • Experience marketing to businesses, developers, or API and data providers • Proven results marketing to US audiences • Brand social media you ran end to end, including content you made yourself • Paid campaigns you ran yourself in LinkedIn, Meta or Google Ads, with cost-per-result figures you can show • Fluency making video, image and copy with AI tools, and the taste to tell polished from generic • Working knowledge of analytics, UTMs and conversion tracking • Daily use of Claude, ChatGPT or Grok • Clear, plain writing in US and UK English Nice to have: marketing a two-sided marketplace, developer platform or API; launches in developer communities; lifecycle email. How we'll choose • Shortlisted candidates do a paid one-day trial: a week of posts (including one short demo video), a plan to bring a named type of provider onto PowaHub, and replies to five sample comments. • All content and source files become our property once paid. A short NDA is required before product access. In your proposal, please include: 1. A note of up to 200 words on one low-cost marketing test you ran yourself, ideally aimed at US businesses: what you spent, what you measured and what you changed. Proposals without it won't be considered. 2. Links to social posts and short videos you made yourself, with at least one example aimed at US audiences. 3. Optionally, a 30 to 60 second clip you made with AI tools.
