Project Description
We have a requirement for call answering operators to work either remotely, or in our Farnborough Office.
Option 1 - Virtual Call Answering - you will require stable broadband connection, Skype installed on your PC and excellent telephone manner, with proactive attitude as we don't simply take messages for all of our clients. You would be required to work Tuesdays on shift or standby basis (we are flexible) and also be able to work adhoc days/hours as required, it's up to you. References would be required. This is not an outsourced function so only virtual assistants should apply. This would be on a per call basis.
Option 2 - On site call answering and general admin/customer services - part time basis all day Tuesdays and some other mornings or afternoons - we can discuss as nothing set in stone. This would be at our office in Farnborough, Hampshire. On site parking and free shuttle to and from train stations. This would be on an hourly basis.

| Hello, I have worked as a Web Support Executive in an IT company for a year. Main task included taking calls, messages and queries from existing clients and new clients, transferring to relevant teams and also getting solutions from them and replying back to the clients. I am very much interested to know more about this job. Can you please let me know more about this? Can you also let me know about the on-site project as I live quite close to Farnborough? | Hi, I am I.T. professional. I have also worked in call center as telesales agent and customer service person. I have also worked as a teacher. I would like to know more detail about this project. I would like to know the duration of the project, no. of working hours and what other procedure need to be done after taking call. |

| Hi Samantha, thanks for your message. We take inbound calls for our clients, mostly consisting of taking message, but sometimes we have to process orders and transfer calls. Each call lasts 1-3 mins on average, but the longer ones can take 5-10. | |||
