I need constant leads for a marketing company

I'm looking to spend some money on advertising and ideally looking for 50-100 leads per week Monday to Friday. I have a marketing company and help businesses with websites, SEO, call management and google reviews so it is a full system that the customer gets all the leads must be for small businesses in the U.K i.e. builder, electrician and so on. I'm looking to invest long term if the results are good and the cost per lead is good too.

I am working with this short piece of voice audio (2min30sec) for a local community river project. The narration audio I've been given is just really noisy and has a lot of sibilance. I'm more of a visual person with very little audio training. I tried to add Crumplepop Denoiser and Deesser effects but they just end up too distorted...
