UK Accountant Required for Two Small Limited Companies

I am looking for a qualified UK accountant to assist with the accounting and statutory requirements of two small UK Limited Companies. Both companies have relatively straightforward accounting requirements, a very limited number of transactions and well-organised financial records. I undertake the bookkeeping myself using Kashflow and can provide all relevant financial information, including bank statements, invoices, expenses and accounting records. Company 1: Final Accounts and Company Closure: The first company is a small structural engineering consultancy which is expected to cease trading on **31 October 2026**. We require a fixed fee quotation for the following services: 1. Preparation of the final statutory company accounts covering approximately seven months of trading, from 1 April 2026 to 31 October 2026, including submission to Companies House and the relevant Corporation Tax return to HMRC. 2. Preparation and issuance of a P45 for one director receiving a minimum salary, including the necessary final payroll submissions and closure of the PAYE scheme with HMRC. 3. Any necessary adjustment of the company's accounting reference date or accounting period. 4. Formal closure and dissolution of the Limited Company through Companies House, including any necessary liaison with HMRC. The company has very few invoices and transactions, and all bookkeeping has already been undertaken. Our existing accountant will be able to provide all previous accounting records, financial statements, payroll information and other relevant documentation to ensure a smooth handover. Company 2: Ongoing Accounting Services: We are also seeking an accountant to provide ongoing services for a second small UK Limited Company. Please provide your fees for: 1. Preparation of annual statutory accounts and submission to Companies House, together with the preparation and submission of the Corporation Tax return to HMRC and the annual Confirmation Statement to Companies House. 2. PAYE payroll services for one sole director receiving minimum salary. 3. Preparation and submission of the director's annual personal Self Assessment tax return. 4. Provision of your accountancy firm's office address as the company's registered office address with Companies House, including correspondence handling. **Additional Information** Both companies operate in the professional services sector and have a relatively small number of invoices and transactions. I personally undertake the bookkeeping, which should significantly reduce the amount of accounting work required. Our current accountant is increasingly focusing on larger companies and is no longer able to dedicate sufficient time to our smaller businesses. We are therefore seeking a reliable accountant who can provide a professional, responsive and cost-effective service. So far, my Co-Founder and I have been booking demonstrations ourselves from telemarketing and drop-ins, which has been working successfully. We're now at a stage where we're looking to scale this up. Our targets are owners of smaller firms, or the Head of Engineering or similar title in larger firms. We have a long-list database, and use tools like Lusha to find the mobiles and correct stakeholders and their mobile numbers. We also have a pretty good CRM for new leads, qualified marketing leads, demo's pending, demo's booked etc. I view the calls more as 'sniper calling' rather than high-volume mass calling, but typically in a focussed day we book 4-5 decent appointments with qualified prospects. Calendar Sync Issue

I am a psychiatrist and I use Wix for my website and Calendly for patient scheduling. The issue is that when a patient books a time slot in Calendly, that same slot still appears as available on my Wix website.
