Contractor Ltd Company Year End Accounts - Y1

I'm a ltd company director and my year end is fast approaching. My wife is currently an AAT level 3 student so she's been keeping my books in xero and all is reconciled. She/we do not have experience of submitting year end accounts to companies house/corporation tax statements so we're looking for some help. Xero access/bank statements will be provided. UK share transfer at Companies House

I own two limited companies in the UK. I'm looking for a UK-based freelancer, with a background in accounting and/or legal services, to assist with an intercompany share transfer. The intention is to position the holding company as the shareholder/parent company of a subsidiary trading company.
