I need full statutory accounts
I need full statutory accounts (balance sheet, full profit and loss account, and notes) for my small limited company for the years ended 30 April 2024 and 30 April 2025. They are for a Start Up Loan, and the lender needs the full set, not just the micro-entity balance sheet that is on the public record. It is a tiny job. The company (number 13311642) was dormant and then pre-trading, funded only by my own money, with one bank account and under a dozen transactions a year. I filed the micro-entity accounts myself, so there is no full pack to retrieve. There is also a small director's loan (the company owes me about £3,790) that the filed accounts do not show, so they may need amending. I have every transaction reconciled and the filed accounts ready to send, so there is nothing to dig for. Please quote your fixed fee and turnaround. It is time-sensitive.

The brochure is now virtually complete and I'm really pleased with how it's come together. There is just one final amendment I need before it goes to print. Page 3 – Option 3 At the bottom of the page, in the Lasting Power of Attorney section, the text currently reads: "These can be added to any of the above options for £........ each" Please amend this to: "These can be added to any of the above options for £240 each." Please ensure the new price matches the existing font, size, weight, colour and alignment so it looks exactly as though it has always been part of the design. Once this amendment has been made, could you please carry out a final pre-press check and supply: Print-ready PDF A4 portrait 3mm bleed on all sides Crop marks High-resolution (300dpi) Fonts embedded CMYK colour profile All margins and safe areas checked Final quality check to ensure everything is perfectly aligned and ready for professional printing This should be the final change before sending the brochure to print.
