Colour replacing in rug photos

I need an editor who can edit cut out photos of full sized rugs and change the colours whilst keeping the texture of the original rug. We have cut out photos of samples in the colours we want to drop into the full sized rug. The images are 300dpi and would be use of both printed materials and website. I currently have 22 of these to do can you give a price per item.

Rendering steel structure models from IFC files

I'm a Steel Detailer based in the UK who works with the software Tekla Structures. I'm looking for someone who could provide a couple of high quality snapshots from some of my models, but rendered. Tekla is a very powerful software to produce steel structures, but very very limited in terms of presentation, and I haven't been able to find a secondary software able to use the files I can export from it (.ifc) - the purpose is to use some of these photos for my new website, so initially would need some key images to build the website itself, and if it works well there will be a continuous colab to keep updating the gallery.
