Hello everybody!
We need to set up Zoho CRM / Desk.
We need to integrate the below channels:
Bigcommerce
eBay
Amazon
Gmail
Chat
Ideally, it would be great to see the stock levels for a particular SKU in a ticket, also all associated orders. Also, the system should be able to gather order information for a ticket from all the channels listed above. We would also need some discussion/advice on what is the best way to set it up.
We use Linnworks for order management so ideally we would need to connect it as well so that we could see order history and stock levels etc.
