Description
We are an insurance broker and our CRM is quite complex as it has many fields, its holds all our clients and each client it will have a file on quotes medical history previous policies, attachments, call back, emails that have been sent and commission assigned to that client.
For the successful candidate this will be an ongoing project, we constantly need our CRM updated and keeped performing fast. Our current CRM guy is not well and we need someone long term.

I think your are using general CRM system such as Microsoft Access and SQL(as you said), and you have many customers in your business, but with limited CRM system, your work is very complex and hard, so understand. Now you decided to build completely CRM from scratch with a new one, or you want me to update/manage your CRM system. Thank you, John Proctor.

Looks like it was built in .Net front and MS Access as backend (as said), I understand it has many fields after looking at the picture. You looking forward to building again in offline specific (Windows based) or Cloud solution or hosted in Private Network?
P.S. if you could host all Screenshots of each window in Dropbox probably it'll be easy to understand what custom feature it got. I see call logging of each clients and notes, other than I coudln't understand. -

1. client file on quotes
2. medical history
3. previous policies,
4. attachments,
5. call back,
6. emails that have been sent and
7. commission assigned to that client. -
