Overview: I am exhausted by the endless stream of applicants claiming to be Flutter experts when their profiles are filled with irrelevant skills like Shopify, React, or video editing. If you don’t have serious expertise in Flutter or are just here to "figure it out," do not apply. Every day, I see applicants boasting about having completed "400 projects" and calling themselves "experts," yet not a single Flutter project is reflected in their feedback or portfolio. This is beyond frustrating. If you are one of these individuals wasting clients' time, save yourself the embarrassment and do not apply. Yes, I cancel projects frequently, because developers fail to deliver. When I assign a project, I expect: 1. Immediate action—start right away. 2. Proper environment setup—be ready to work.
