Summary Project Summary: I want to develop a FinTech web application that allows users to invest in fractional shares of luxury cars. The platform features a user-friendly interface for browsing and purchasing shares, with secure payment processing and real-time market updates. Project Overview: The platform features two core investment mechanics. 1. TurboYield (Car Fractionalization): Users purchase fractional shares of a car to earn passive monthly income derived from rental revenue distributions. Example: A Porsche car is valued at ₹1 Crore. Total Shares Issued: 10,000. Price per share: ₹1,000. Car earns ₹5 lakh net revenue after expenses. Monthly Rental yield = 500000 ÷ 10000 shares = 50/share. 2. TurboFlip (Car Buy & Sell): Users pool capital to purchase a vehicle, which is then resold at a premium, returning the principal and profits back to investors. Example: A Mercedes G wagon is available at 1.5 crore. 150 Investors pool in money. (1 lakh each.) Car is purchased Car is re-sold at 20% premium (i.e. 1.8 crore net revenue after expenses) Payout to each Investor = 1.8 crore ÷ 150 = 1,20,000. Platform: Web-based app (optimized for desktop and mobile) OR Native Mobile Apps for iOS and Android. Preferred Tech Stack: Frontend & Mobile: Cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native to deploy seamlessly to Web, iOS, and Android simultaneously. Backend: Node.js (Express), Python (Django/FastAPI), or Go for scalable backend API development. Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB to safely manage transactional data, user accounts, and fractional investments Cloud & Infra: AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase for secure hosting and scaling. Core Features & Technical Scope: 1. User Authentication & Onboarding • OTP-based signup and login via Mobile (SMS/WhatsApp) and Email • KYC compliance system (PAN, Aadhaar, and Bank Account verification) 2. Investor Dashboard / Members Area • Dashboard – invested amount, current value, total earned, shares owned • Cars (TurboYield) – shows a list of cars that users can buy shares of. When clicked, it opens vehicle details page, where users can select # of shares they wish to buy. • Cars (TurboFlip) – shows a list of cars that users can invest money. • Marketplace (p2p Exchange) – Users can sell their shares here. They can also buy shares listed by other users. • Rewards – e.g. users who own 10 shares get a chance to win an iPhone every quarter. They can choose their own 6-digit number and enter the draw. • Refer & earn – Users can refer others to sign-up and get paid a commission. • Wallet – Members can top-up their account here. Also, payouts from admin are credited to the wallet. They can withdraw to their bank account from here. • Profile – Members profile, KYC details etc. 3. Centralized Admin Console • Overview – shows metrics like total users, # of investors, invested amount etc. • Users – list of users and management. • KYC – pending KYC approvals are reviewed by admin here. • Manage Cars (TurboYield and TurboFlip)– add and manage cars • Payouts – calculate and manage monthly payouts or profit distribution. • Manual Payments – Review UPI / bank transfer submissions and approve • Withdrawals – Approve bank withdrawal requests • Settings – payment and general settings • Rewards & Draw – choose winners for iPhone draw 4. Backend Logic & Automation • Execution of a daily automated backend job (cron job) to calculate dynamic share pricing using revenue metrics. NOTE: I have a 3-page highly detailed technical specifications document with formula metrics and prototype links that I will share under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) once we pass the initial screening.

Bookkeeper Required (Xero Experience Essential) I’m looking for a reliable and approachable bookkeeper to support my newly formed business on an ongoing basis. I’m looking for a fast, creative and highly organised social media manager and short-form video editor to support an upcoming 30-day online challenge. This will initially be a **six-week role**, covering the campaign preparation, launch and delivery of the challenge. There is strong potential for the position to continue on an ongoing basis after the initial campaign if we work well together. I already have a large library of existing videos, Instagram Lives, teaching content and testimonials. I will also be filming new content throughout the challenge. Full-Stack Developer for Business Operations

Summary Project Overview We are a manufacturing company with our own delivery fleet, supplying our products to customers across the island. We are looking for an experienced developer (or small team) who can analyze our existing workflow and build a modern solution to automate and simplify our operations. Our Current Workflow 1. Customers place their orders via WhatsApp, usually one day before delivery. 2. A staff member manually copies every order from WhatsApp onto paper. 3. Orders are grouped by delivery region. 4. The processing department receives the handwritten orders and prepares the products for each region. 5. Once processing is completed, invoices are manually created. 6. All invoices are written and handed to the drivers before deliveries. 7. At the end of the day, drivers return with payments collected from customers. 8. Payments (cash, cheque, or bank transfer) are then manually reconciled. Product Pricing & Weight Calculation We deal primarily in fresh chicken products, and our pricing is based on net weight (kg). However, customers may place their orders either by pieces (pcs) or kilograms (kg), depending on their preference. Each customer may also have their own negotiated pricing, so the system must support customer-specific price lists. During processing, the products are packed into crates before dispatch. Each crate has a different tare weight (typically 1 kg, 1.9 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg, or 4 kg). For example, if a customer orders 50 pieces of chicken, the order may be packed into 6 or 7 crates with varying tare weights. The processing staff records the gross weight and the tare weight of the crates, and the system must automatically calculate the net product weight (Gross Weight − Total Tare Weight). The customer is then invoiced based on the net weight, using their agreed price per kilogram. Order Complexity We currently manufacture and sell approximately 50 different chicken products. The system must support customers ordering any combination of these products in a single order. As our business grows, the solution should efficiently handle large multi-line orders while ensuring accurate order processing, production planning, invoicing, and delivery. The application should remain fast, reliable, and easy to use even when processing complex orders with many different product lines. Delivery Adjustments & Exceptions As we deal with fresh chicken products, the invoiced quantities may occasionally need to be adjusted during delivery. Some customers choose to verify the weight of the products upon receipt. If the measured weight is lower than the invoiced net weight, the driver contacts the office and the invoice must be adjusted so that the customer is charged only for the weight actually received. If the delivered weight is higher than the invoiced weight, no adjustment is required. In addition, there are occasions where a driver may inadvertently leave one or more items at the factory. In such cases, the driver contacts the office from the customer's location, and the missing items must be removed from the invoice so that the customer is billed only for the products that were successfully delivered. The system should make these delivery-time adjustments simple, fully traceable, and synchronized with the final invoice and payment records. Our workflow involves many real-world operational exceptions that cannot always be anticipated. We are looking for a developer who can design a flexible system capable of handling these scenarios without requiring manual workarounds or software changes each time a new business rule arises. While this process works, it requires a significant amount of manual work, duplicate data entry, printed paperwork, and repetitive administrative tasks.
