Review of a letter to the Employment Standards Office in Doha, Qatar describing my wrongful termination. The primary basis for my claim is lack of authority on the part of the director who made the termination decision because corporate governance formalities were not complied with. Also, the termination was based on my giving advice and counsel to the CEO ( and still current board director )of the employer who was also illegally terminated by this director.
