We are currently looking for a work from home telesales agent with proven sales excellence to join our team. You will work remotely with exceptional people, grow your skills and advance your career. This is a ground floor opportunity for an ambitious individual who has the ability to manage the entire sales cycle by developing strong customer relationships, partnerships and contribute to our growth. Your customer focus will be web site owners and Internet based commerce businesses.

You will be provided with a web interface to track your sales in real-time. Our company will provide you with warm leads to pursue for sales, and you can also find your own clients. This is a commission only position. We are offering a starting commission rate of 20% with potential to increase depending on your performance. The minimum sale is usually around $100 and can go all the way up to hundreds and thousands. You will be selling a set of very popular and in-demand software products that help all businesses do different things with their website, so it shouldn't take much convincing to make a sale. This is a excellent opportunity for an individual to earn a healthy living more than $3,000+ a month by selling a couple softwares a day. Our company also offers incentives (cash, vacation package, etc.) for sales agent that meet a certain quota in a month.

Skill Set

- You will be responsible for promoting sales and increasing market share by introducing company products as business solutions.
- You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle across customer accounts.
- You will perform new business prospecting and development, including cold calling; scheduling sales meetings; and preparing presentations, proposals, and sales scripts to strategically win new business.
- You have experience presenting to C-level key decision makers.
- You are flexible and a self-starter who wants to do more and learn more.
- You have a sound understanding of marketing strategies. You should know as much about the client's business as the client. You will identify and sell value added solutions and services to existing accounts.
- You enjoy actively pursuing new business and are able to propose and close sales that achieve revenue growth, profit and customer satisfaction.
- You have solid understanding of selling and marketing, with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities to work within a professional, team-oriented environment.

Previous Experience

- Minimum of 1 years of B2B sales experience, including Corporate, small business owners, web based B2B..
- Ideal candidate will have Software Sales experience. Software based solutions experience helpful.
- Knowledge of sales techniques including prospecting, cold-calling, networking, warm lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written, including proficiency in MS Office. Salesforce.com, Act, and Salesmetric.com Experience will all be helpful.
