Website Design & Build

We are a small advertising agency based in the North East and have the opportunity to design/build a website for a customer who has an existing website which needs to be redesigned completely (as it stands it is very basic). As we don't have anyone who designs/builds websites working for us anymore we would be looking for someone to build and design the site based on the brief we provide. Ideally we are looking for someone based in the North East of England.
We would do the leg work - speaking to the customer and finalising copy etc. As a basis to provide a quote on the site would need to have the same functionality as http://www.clevelandorthodontics.com/exclusive/ but with completely different design.
