Description
Experience Level: Expert
General information for the website: CMIS-UK provides could based CRM systems for Membership, Training and Event Organisations
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: We would like to create a new website for our company that is 'tablet' friendly (responsive website design) and more up to date than the current site. The site should be clear and easy to use and have a modern feel that reflects the company and product image. More details on the design of each page will be provided to the successful Freelancer and specific examples of how the site should function will be provided in advance.
Description of requirements/features: The site should have an easy to read/navigate home page with the following functionality:
Request A Call - Potential customers should have the ability to submit a 'call back' request that should be immediately received by our Technical Team.
Live Demo Access - Potential customers should have the ability to submit their contact details to us and then immediately receive the Live Demo login details to access the demo CRM system.
Video Access - Potential customers should have immediate access to a 'demonstration video' on the home page.
Social Media Links - Site visitors should have the ability to follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn. Also, the company Twitter feed should be live and streaming on the home page. We are happy to discuss alternative options for Social Media links and are interested in learning about further Social Media Technology that we can implement into the new site.
Logo and Colour Change - The company is currently undergoing a few changes with regards to branding and colours. The new company colours and logo should be reflected in the new site.

Extra notes: The successful Freelancer will have a creative and forward thinking approach to design and have the ability to provide suggestions for improved web page performance. Weekly updates will be required from the Freelancer and CMIS-UK is happy to receive these updates via email or phone. Once the new site is live, CMIS-UK would like to retain the ability to edit the web content for future updates through an Administration Panel.
We would also like a new company logo designed as part of this project and have sample images to guide the successful applicant.
The Process:
Deadline for proposals is Wednesday, 25th March 2015 at 12pm.
On 25th March 2015, CMIS-UK will allocate the job to the successful Freelancer and work can begin.
