I have made a design in photoshop and a layout in a different CMS. However I would like all this converted into Joomla on my hosted Joomla webspace (I have already installed Joomla).
I will also need a nice creative (flash?) display of photographed products on a few pages.

**Additional information**
There are a few requirements that I have not fully clarified.
1) I need Google analytics for each page
2) I have a News page which I would like set up with articles tagged and these tags to appear in a tag menu on the front page. Each tag to get bigger and change colour (or something like that) relative to the number of news articles linked with the tag.
3) A newsletter sign up box.
4) A newsletter template and recommendation for best way to send track and maintain datafile (max 350-500 email addresses mailed per 3 months)
5) Although this is not too relevant for a CMS - there are about 40 pages.
6) I would like the flash/jquery picture (of types of work we do) gallery to have a small category description (brochure /report and accounts/point of sale/exhibition graphics/ mailing etc) and also to be updatable (perhaps via a database?)
Ideas also welcomed for improvements.
7) The front page will have a header picture across the top with a scrolling "latest news" bar across the bottom. The picture will change via a transition ideally at an event or else after a time period. The "news bar" will be transparently tinted darker with whatever picture is on the header showing through.

We are a graphic communications (printing/publishing) company and need an expert with at least two good professional references and good communication skills.
