Job Description
We have exciting opportunities to work within a growing transformation programme. An accomplished Project Manager with people management experience is required to help deliver multi million pound projects for a large on-line retailer. Currently we need to deliver a new multi-channel e-commerce platform based upon ATG. The development also involves the replacement of the order management and fulfillment processes. This is a very exciting programme which will help to drive the business to become the worlds number one multi channel retailer.

The successful candidate will be expected to work within a Matrix structure alongside an offshore team to ensure delivery of design, tested code, appropriate infrastructure and to manage cut over and implementation. A majority of the work will be based in the UK, with occasional trips overseas for short periods of time.

The role will involve:
Planning and leading IT delivery projects
Working with 3rd parties and country teams to ensure that requirements are understood and communicated and all things are in place for a successful implementation.
Bridging the gap between the business and IT to ensure the solutions meet requirements and are best value for the business and its customers

Candidate Profile
You'll need a logical approach to problem solving, and the ability to constructively review solutions proposed by our development teams. As an experienced professional, you will demonstrate that you:

Have experience delivering medium to large complex projects
Have solid Project Management experience
Have good interpersonal skills
Have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Have strong leadership experience
Have performance/people management skills
Have the tenacity to drive the requirements process
Have the ability to work effectively with little supervision
Can be able to work as an individual and as part of a larger team
