I manage around 90 people who volunteer for events. We typically have 5 or 6 events per week.

I currently manage this manually via email and Microsoft Word.

I need to be able to store all contacts (name, email, address, date of birth, skills, and other relevant information) in an Access database (currently excel).

I need to be able to create events (event name, date, start time, end time, max number of volunteers required).

As volunteers offered to assist with an event (by an email), I will locate the event (easily!) and then add in the relevant persons (by way of their name or ID number).

I will then need to print the weeks\' events as Word, or plain text for pasting into email.

There may be further development needed.
