Experience Level: Intermediate
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Virtual Assistant. Predominantly the role involves receiving tasks from various clients by Gmail and dealing with them appropriately or in most cases outsourcing them to our other VA’s. You need to be highly organised and be able to commit to an expanding role. The concept of this role is currently in the very early trial stages and therefore procedures will constantly be changing and adapting.
Your main duties with include:
Managing emails and inbox tasks
Updating task tracker logs
Chasing outstanding tasks
Dealing with various clients by phone and email
Dealing with our outsourcing company and checking quality of work produced
Internet research
Diary management
The majority of work is done using Gmail and Google drive. Experience using Dropbox, Evernote, Slack, and Quip would also be good but not essential.
This role will suit anyone who has good computer skills, excellent attention to detail, a good customer service manner and enjoys a challenge.
Hours will vary but are normally a minimum of 1-2 hours per day. This could increase so I need people who would be able to commit if the role expands.
Key Requirements:
English as a first language
Available to take and make calls 9-5.
Be able to scale number of hours as/if we grow
Be used to working in a changing environment and adapting to change
You need to be personable / friendly
You need to be flexible and reliable
