Hi there!
Tamiko here. At my company, Sleep Well. Wake Happy., I help tired mamas feel like themselves again by teaching them how to get their babies sleeping through the night. I am completely committed to bringing night's full of glorious sleep to families all around the world because I know when baby sleeps, mama sleeps. So if you have (or had) a baby who's really good at being awake but could use some help in the sleep department, then you're in the right place.
I am looking for a general virtual assistant to help with a variety of tasks in my business. Here is an example of some of the tasks, you'll be completing:
1. Filtering Emails / Managing Spam
2. Database Building / Updating Contacts or CRM
3. Answering Customer Service Emails /Tickets / Chat Support
4. Sending of Greetings eCards, Event Invitations, etc.
5. Calendar Management
6. Appointment Scheduling
7. Travel Arrangement and Planning
8. Blog Publishing Management
9. Moderating Blog Comments
10. Adding Tags & Images to Blog Posts
For the our first project together, you'll need to be experienced with YouTube (video uploading, keywords, closed caption transcripts, optimization, etc.) and WordPress blog posting. I have already recorded 7 videos and have transcripts completed, I just need someone to upload and format the content.
This is how the process will work:
I'll send you the finished video. audio and transcription
You upload and optimize the video on YouTube
You upload the audio to S3
You then create a blog post with transcription, audio and YouTube Video along with .srt file for captions on Facebook
Here's what I'll provide:
YouTube video, keywords, transcripts, video title, thumbnail (for Youtube and Blog) and blog title via folder on Dropbox
Trello board with all the steps and due dates
VA + NDA Agreement
Access to all the necessary platforms

*Absolute MUST haves for this position*
English fluency
Stable internet
Type at at least 40 WPM
You get $h!t done - i.e. don't make excuses, just produce results
Friendly personality
Love of learning
Attention to detail with open and proactive communication - this is key. Be sure to include chocolate in the subject line of your response. I will NOT chase you down - if you're unable to work, I expect to you to tell me why and when/how you will make up missed time so we hit our deadlines.
This position is a perfect for if you're:
