Experience Level: Intermediate
I am looking to start a training programme to develop skills of our Customer Services team to increase the conversion rate on incoming calls and to become more pro-active on outbound calls.

At present we do not engage in outbound calls and I envisage that we will only make outbound calls to existing customers so cold call training will not be required. The training will need to be built around excellent first contact for incoming calls as well telephonic account management.
