REQUIREMENT
I am looking for a talented, hungry, self-starter telesales person who is based at home and who can sell my business' Video & Written Inventory services to London Letting Agents on a commission-only basis.

ABOUT YOU
1. You are based in the UK and are a telesales person to your finger tips (if you are not au fait with the world of a letting agent don't worry, as a thorough briefing will be given on both the prospects to call and the nature of the service you are selling in).

2. You are utterly comfortable with and confident when it comes to cold calling

3. Above all, you are an excellent relationship-builder - because this is an industry where building trust and relationships are king to getting one's foot in the door.

ABOUT THE SERVICE
The service is simple, competitive and above all, quality driven, and has been set up by a Landlord who was thoroughly dissatisfied with Inventories and Inventory providers.

ABOUT THE JOB
You will:
- Work from home, have access to your own telephone and pay your own bills.
- Be expected to call 40-50 Letting Agents per day (those who are cold, and those who we have just emailed after you've spoken to them).
- Provide back a daily excel spreadsheet we'll provide you with detailing a) who you've called, b) the person and their role, c) their email, and d) the outcome. This will enable us to keep track if a sale from that company arises in future, and pay you.

We will:
- Provide you with a list of companies and numbers to call.
- Email the letting agents with information about the Service based on the emails you collect (which should in turn help the sales process)
- You will be paid on commission basis (see below).

COMMISSION
Small-to-medium Letting Agents typically engage us once or twice over the course of 1-2 months.

So not only do we propose to pay you a commission for 1 job that arises from a sale - we'll actually also pay you if we get repeat business from the same customer!

Based on jobs over the last 3 months, the average value tends to be c. £110 although some jobs have been valued at £180.

Reflecting this, if you sell the service successfully to the Letting Agent, you will be paid:
- 30% of the value of the first job provided
- 10% of the value of any second job provided
(further jobs will not result in any further commission)

Example: Based on an average value of £110
If 1 job arose from your sale to a letting agent, you could make £33
If another job arose say, a month later, we would pay you a further £11
