DAY RATE + bonus per appointment.
Business to business Lead Generator /Telephone sales/Appointment setter required for a rapidly expanding business improvement consultancy to make appointments with senior management up to Managing Director/CEO Level.
We have been established for over 25 years and are well referenced with large blue chip organisations and require someone to work with us to develop more new business appointments.
You will be approaching organisations with our unique offering in Lean Enterprise Development and Continuous Improvement with a view to us helping them acheive cost reductions within their organisations.
This role will be researching companies to call, determining the decision makers and then cold calling and making appointments, including follow up appointments.
You will then report back to the office daily on activity.
This role can be remote or on site (in Pangbourne, Berkshire) and we can offer flexibility on days, although our vision is that it will need a commitment of minimum 2 days a week.
Remuneration will be a day rate plus per bonus per appointment made.
We require someone who is willing to commit to working with us, with experience in business development at Director level, have an excellent telephone manner, and, if remote, a clear telephone line and quiet place to work. We are looking for someone who will want to partner with us and work on these campaigns for the long term.
You bid will need to demonstrate your approach, anticipated volume of calls and how you would like to work with us, including suggested fee structure.
