Appointment setting -- 1 per week

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter to call qualified UK businesses to book appointments for a director to visit them - or hold the same meeting over the telephone.

A call list will be provided in MS Excel, which has been compiled from public domain records for businesses interested in winning work for the Olympics. The list includes telephone numbers, sometimes mobiles and contact names, email addresses, business type and address, and sometimes contact names. All of the 1,000 companies are generally in the Midlands, Oxfordshire and Northants areas. These contact details have been the target of a direct email campaign (email content available) and so some of these should hopefully recognise the company name and service.

The service you will be booking appointments for is consultancy, to establish the customers carbon footprint and help them become carbon neutral. A telesales script will be provided along with plenty of marketing materials and supporting background information. It might be beneficial if you had experience in related to services such as marketing, consultancy, environmental issues, PR etc.

You will be required to record the notes of the outcome of the call (e.g. not interested, send me an email, is interested etc.) in the spreadsheet and obviously to communicate any appointments made in a timely fashion.
We are looking for 4 quality in-person appointments (approx one per week diary availabilities will be available and generally good) to be booked over what initially will be a one-month trial. Up to a further 4 telephone appointments (to discuss the service in further detail) are also required. There are 1,000 entries on the contact list and more can be obtained.

Please bid on the basis of per in-person meeting (or a total for the 4) AND per telephone meeting booked. I have put OTE as £120 per month as a ball park figure as I am aware of what typical cost-per-appointment rates are.
