Parameters

We are looking for someone to generate appointments for us.

The aim of the telephone call:

1. To get an appointment for the General Manager or BDM to see the decision maker.
2. To introduce the company and services
3. To establish correct information eg contract renewal date, person to contact, size, etc.
4. To glean and record other relevant information.

Outputs
10 calls per hour, all details logged into Super Office
15 hours per week
8 appointments per week
