We are an online trading company and we are looking for a person to answer customer phone calls between office hours ( Mon - Fri 8 am to 6 pm) .
We have an 0800 number and thsi will be directed to your phone number.
You will answer the phone calls in the name of the comapany and

1. May take messages from the customer

2. Provide basic customer support for our limited range of products.

3. Take a debit card payment over the phone.

The fee we are offering is for 50 calls per calendar month . Additional calls will be at £0.50p per call . £30 per month is industry standard rates for a message taking service( for 50 calls ) but are looking to get some customer support function for the same amount.

The calls are usually short and sweet. E.g - Customer may want clarification about a product or may want a tracking number for thier parcel.

Call will have to be answered promptly and reguarly in a professional manner ( no children screaming in the background ) or gone to tesco so please leave a message, etc.


Full training and ongoing support will be given .
