Maintain current database, accurately update existing customer information and add new customers onto database.
Send information regarding products/services to existing/new customers via fax, post or e-mail.
Handle customer queries/complaints by inbound/outbound calls.
Use probing, leading and closed questions to obtain information from the customer to try to sell our products.
Organise, schedule and call-backs for customers in a timely manner.
Achieve monthly targets set for number of calls, leads, quotes and conversion of sales.
Liaise with Sales team to maintain existing/new customer relationships.
In addition to these duties, employees are required to carry out such other tasks as may be reasonably required.
Person / Experience Required
Our client is looking for a full time Telesales Assistant to work in their prestigious office in North Baddesley. The role will require working to achievable weekly and monthly targets as well as working as part of a growing team.
The candidates will require telesales experience however we may consider candidates that have provided customer service over the phone.
