You will be provided with a list of names and number.

These clients will have or have had investments in the past and your role is to talk about the advantage of speaking to an independant whole of market financial adviser office, compared to a bank/building society.

We would like a caring voice and not a pushy sale, the job is to sell the idea and importance of a review. So the key is to listen to why they think it is not a good idea and convince them it is. You will then be able to offer a free review with our adviser and this could be at our office or in the luxury of their home.

You will get objections on how the financial world works and it would be beneficial if you had some financial experience. We can help to provide you with scripts and ideas to handle these but your role is to sell the benefits of a free financial review and to gain acceptance for another call and ideally an appointment for one of ours advisers to speak to the client. The leads are known to have had investments in the past so they have knowledge of the stockmarket however you will need to explain what we do.
