The aim of telemarketing is to find potential customers for our services and arrange face to face appointments.
There are two stages: the first is to find out the name and contact details of the buyer. The second is to speak to the buyer and find out if they are thinking of moving, or refurbishing, and when. The aim is to get a face to face appointment. A good way to get in is to offer a free survey of their present premises, and ideas for improvement.
Extra notes: We will provide scripts and suggested answers to questions you may be asked.
