Job Description
Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Reports to: MD
Department: Telesales
Hours of work: 9.00 - 4.00 (7 hours) Monday to Friday
Key tasks & responsibilities:
- To contact all types of businesses on a daily basis and make appointment
- To ensure all appointments are made following a set criteria set out by the company
- To promote portfolio including fixed lines, calls mobile and Internet related services
- To generate sufficient leads for the Sales Consultant
- To achieve/exceed individual appointment targets
- To provide effective day to day support for field sales consultant
- To manage workload; ensuring work is prioritised appropriately
- Carry out any ad hoc assignments as may be reasonably required
- Seek to continually improve targets
- Ability to act in a professional way whilst working from home
- Present an office type atmosphere to clients
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of outbound calls and appointments consistently measured
- Quality and number of appointments made from leads generated
- Efficient management of database
- Achieving targets for appointments
Person Specification:
- Excellent communications skills; verbal and written
- Preferred telesales/sales support experience
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
- The ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Ability to manage workload
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong team worker
- Computer literature
