Technical fashion illustrator

We are a young clothing brand. Before sewing a certain garment, we would like to test our design on people. So we are looking for an Illustrator to draw the clothing items.

The work is purely technical: we will only need a garment in the simplest front view, without face and body. Rarely you may need to show the body contour. The background is always white.

Required: realistic representation of leather / patent leather material (we specialize in these materials).

Highly desirable: draw in vector so that it is easy to change something. You'll often need to draw a few slightly different variations in the details of style or color. But we will also consider raster artists.

This is not one-time work.

Please provide an approximate budget (from—to) for an illustration of the following level (but we will not need a body or angle views). I understand that the example seems not to be a vector, but anyway.
