Experience Level: Expert
• Solvency II experience in an equivalent position within Financial Services, preferably Insurance with a successful track record of delivering real business benefits.
• Experience of structured analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with business process modelling techniques and the ability to understand end to end business processes and identify opportunities for change.
• Competent in the use of the MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Fully conversant with Project Management methodologies (e.g. Prince2)
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to deliver results on time and to budget.
• Evidence of the ability to make balanced judgements based on a combination of stakeholders\' perspectives.
