Another request from us!
We have a small call centre that calls basic consumer data (name, phone number and maybe 1 or 2 further fields of information) - this data is currently supplied to each agent in an Excel Spreadsheet.
This leaves the business vulnerable in the following areas:
The data can 'leave the building'
There is minimal/no restrictions in the agents filling out the spreadsheet with the required information and the correct format that we are looking to obtain during the call
It makes reports and statistics difficult as all the spreadsheets have to be re-obtained - compared etc etc.
So, here is what I would love - I don't imagine this to be exceptionally complex, but I would like to place entire spreadsheets (never more than 10k records) / csv files into a hosted environment. Then, I would like to give each agent a user id/pwd. Each agent can then log in, and view the next available record (or random record) to call next. They can only see one record at a time.
If the call is unsuccessful, they tick a box to say why, if it was successful, they tick other boxes and a few follow up multiple choices.
I would like some very basic reporting functionality. I would like the admin to view how many records each ID has 'seen' and a summary of the results.
Simple!..............?
Other details: the data/web solution would need to be hosted within the technical limitations of hostmonster.com (reasonable at handling most codes, languages, db types, but please double check)
I would like the agent entry form to appear to be similar to our businesses brand - red/black/white and a logo - thats all.
Time frames - I need this to start straight away. There isnt a pre-set budget for this - so lowest cost is paramount. Thanks
